Why am I here?

You are here because you were ultimately guided in this direction, whether by person, occurrence, or ultimately something greater than all of us. Regardless of the reason you are here, you can rest assured that you are in good hands. We are here to help and assist you in making any difficult decisions you have to make easier than they would be otherwise.

What does the ordering process entail?

It depends upon whether you are ordering a product or if you are interested in one of our services. For products, browse our collection of locally hand-made urns, memorials, and keepsakes and simply place your order. For ash or hair-infused pieces, see below for more information. For services, please let us know what service(s) you are interested in using the contact form on Our Core Experiences and Services page. Then, following a free initial consultation, your individual needs will be assessed, and a plan will be tailored specifically for you. We will then follow up with your options.

How will I safely send my loved one’s ashes to you?

Following purchase of cremation ash pieces, we will send a cremation ash collection kit to you. The kit will include a USPS shipping label, a package approved for ashes, instructions, and an appropriate container for your ashes. Place two scoops of your loved one’s ashes in the supplied container with the supplied spoon. Ship the complete package USPS Priority Express mail from your post office. Within a day or two, we will let get in touch to let you know we have received the package. We will return your memorial piece by USPS Priority mail, which may require a signature. We understand it can be very difficult to take a small amount of your loved one’s ashes. If you’re in the Central PA area, we will arrange doing this for you. All you have to do is ask. <3

What if I’m not comfortable removing my loved one’s ashes?

If you’re in Central PA, we suggest you contact us and we can arrange doing it for you. We will take a small amount of your loved ones’ ashes and return the rest to the urn or box you bring. If you’re not in the area, we suggest you ask a great friend or go back to the funeral home and ask them to remove two scoops (with the supplied spoon) for each memorial. Most urns unscrew and most boxes have a screw or screws on the bottom. The screws are sometimes under felt circles. This part can be very emotional. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. We are here to help.

How do I pay for your products and/or services?

For our products, items can be added to your cart from the products pages and you can checkout using your credit card. For services, we will send you an invoice that can be paid via credit card.

Why do I see bubbles in some of the glass pieces / Why doesn’t the piece I received look exactly like the picture?

During the glass blowing process, the cremation ashes can sometime react to the extreme temperatures causing small bubbles to form. In this way, every piece is unique. Also, because all pieces (except for the marble urns) are custom made, they won’t necessarily look exactly like the picture. However, we will do our best to get them as close to looking like the picture as possible.

Is etching or personalization included or available for purchase?

At this time, we are not offering etching or personalization services in house. However, you can order custom name plates and personalization pendants via Amazon or another third part vendor. Ex: Memorial Plaques & Urn Medallions – Perfect Memorials

How much of my loved one’s ashes or hair are need to create a memorial piece?

We will need approximately two scoops of ashes using the supplied spoon and/or 20 strands of hair. Any ashes or hair not used in the memorial piece will be returned with the piece, or we can respectfully scatter them

When should I expect my memorial after ordering?

Industry standard is 6 weeks, but we aim to be better than that. Because most pieces are custom made, it can still take a little bit of time, but we will do our best to have your memorial back to you within 4-6 weeks of purchase.

I don’t see exactly what I’m looking for. Do you make custom creations or provide other services not listed?

Yes! If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, please reach out and let us know. We will work with you to get you the perfect memorial piece to honor your loved one. For other services not listed, we can certainly help guide you in the right direction if we don’t provide the service ourselves. All you have to do is ask!

Are your products and/or services offered for pets as well?

Absolutely. Pets are sometimes the only loved ones people have and deserve the same honor and memories.
